My journey into health and fitness began early, driven by a lifelong passion for sports and well-being. I became a fitness instructor during the early days of step aerobics—long before personal training became the trend—even though my academic path originally led me to study languages!
Life took me on a 13-year detour into a successful career in financial services, but my commitment to helping people feel confident, healthy, and empowered never wavered. That passion ultimately led me back to where my heart truly belongs: supporting others in becoming the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
